The Community
Puerto Los Cabos: a nearly 2,000-acre coastal community — golf, marina, and open landscape — surrounding the residence.
A community built around the coast

Beyond the residence itself, Puerto Los Cabos extends across roughly 2,000 acres of coastline and natural landscape — golf, marina, dining, and recreation woven into the surrounding terrain rather than set apart from it.
Its master plan was drawn in collaboration with EDSA, Bjarke Ingels Group, Design Workshop, Intrawest–Playground, Alberto Kalach and Manuel Cervantes — a roster more often attached to civic landmarks than to resort communities, and the reason the golf, the marina and the residential districts read as one continuous landscape rather than as separate parcels.
A private heliport serves the community directly.
A Championship Pedigree
Two of golf’s most recognized names shaped this course: a 27-hole layout by Greg Norman and Jack Nicklaus, routed through the community’s desert hills and along its coastline so play moves between both.

A Full-Service Marina
Puerto Los Cabos’s full-service marina opens directly onto the Sea of Cortés, with slips, provisioning, and access for sport fishing, sailing, and day trips along the coast.
Individually gated floating docks accommodate slips from 30 to 70 feet, with room for vessels up to 250 feet and power service up to 100 amps.
Wellness threads through daily life here too — quiet outdoor space, movement, and a slower pace for anyone easing out of a round of golf or a morning on the water.
What Makes This Community Different
Puerto Los Cabos was conceived as a single master-planned community, not a patchwork of separate developments — the golf courses, marina, coastline, and residential neighborhoods all share one design vision, laid out together rather than added on over time.
Access runs through a guarded gate, and daily life here moves between the golf course, the marina, and the coastline within the same grounds, rather than treating each as its own separate destination.
An Upcoming Beach Club
A new Beach Club is underway along the coast, adding a dedicated beachfront destination to the community’s growing collection of amenities.
Plans call for cabanas, fire pits, and a mixology station, just steps from the shore.
