The Resort
Personalized service, unhurried wellness, and refined dining across the grounds of Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve.
Apart from the ordinary
Set within the grounds of Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, the Grand Reserve enjoys a rare connection to one of Los Cabos' most exceptional resort environments — while maintaining the privacy and independence of a private estate.
Its scale, architecture, and expansive indoor-outdoor spaces create a sense of complete seclusion, while Zadún places an extraordinary collection of personalized services, wellness, dining, and experiences just beyond the residence front door.
When not in personal use, owners may elect to participate in Zadún's branded rental program, managed directly by the resort.
Zadún also holds Green Key certification, the international mark recognizing environmental responsibility in hospitality.

A Dedicated Tosoani
Zadún is one of only nine Ritz-Carlton Reserve properties in the world.
At Zadún, the experience begins with a dedicated Tosoani — a single point of contact who anticipates a guest's needs from arrival through departure, rather than a rotating cast of staff.
For an owner at the Grand Reserve, that same standard of attention isn't a separate arrangement to book — it's the resort's own service, already reaching the residence.

Wellness at the Spa
The spa at Zadún sets the pace: a program shaped around the individual guest rather than a fixed menu, with personalized treatments, fitness and movement, and restorative care.
For an owner at the Grand Reserve, all of it sits just steps from the residence, on the same grounds.

Private by Nature, Family at Heart
Zadún is private by design, and the Grand Reserve feels like an estate of its own within it. That privacy never comes at the expense of family: every age is genuinely welcome here, never an afterthought.
At the heart of it is Guardians of Baja, Zadún's kids' club, offering supervised activities and programming for younger guests.
Beyond the club, days fill easily: the pools and beach club, and Ambassadors of the Environment experiences that families can join, from whale watching to desert excursions.
Flavors rooted in Baja California
A Culinary Collection
Humo, the resort's signature open-flame restaurant.
The resort's dining collection reflects its setting — a group of restaurants and dining experiences built around the flavors and traditions of Mexico, drawing on fresh ingredients sourced close to home.
Humo anchors the evening with open-flame cooking, Candil Agave Bar pours an agave-focused cocktail list, El Barrio carries the day from breakfast through dinner, Equis brings a seaside table of coastal Mexican flavors, and Azul Café rounds out the collection with coffee, light fare, and dessert.
Beneath Humo, Sótano keeps its own cellar — over 1,000 bottles and 350 labels — with tastings and classes built around Mexican wine and spirits.
From an easy midday meal to a more considered evening table, each room carries its own mood, but the same connection to Baja California Sur runs beneath all of them.
