Privacy Notice
Effective as of October 10, 2026
This notice explains what personal information we collect when you visit or inquire about the Grand Reserve Residence, how we use it, who we share it with, and your privacy rights.
Who we are
Solco, LLC ("Solco," "we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado, USA limited liability company operating as Turnkey, with its registered address at 1223 Red Rock Circle, Penrose, CO 81240, USA, owns and operates this website (grandreserveresidence.com). This notice explains what personal information we collect when you visit or submit an inquiry through this site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights available to you.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide: your first name, email address, and, if you choose to share them, your phone number, whether you are inquiring as a prospective buyer or a real estate professional, any notes you add, and your answer to "How did you hear about Grand Reserve?" if you answer it.
We also automatically collect first-party attribution information tied to your visit and your inquiry: the campaign parameters and ad-click identifiers in the link you arrived on, the page that referred you, the page you landed on, the date and time of your visit, and a randomly generated visitor identifier — described under "Cookies and other tracking technologies" below.
Our hosting platform gives us an approximate location (country and region) derived from your connection. We do not store your IP address or a precise geolocation, and we do not collect any financial or payment information.
Primary purposes
We use the information described above for the following primary purposes, which do not require any consent beyond this notice:
- To respond to your inquiry and follow up with you.
- To register your inquiry with the brokerage representing this property, so it can contact you about it.
- To keep a record of how your inquiry reached us, which we and that brokerage rely on to account for the commission on a resulting sale.
Secondary purposes — and how to opt out
We also use analytics and advertising-measurement tools to understand how visitors use this site and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Quebec, we use them only with your consent; everywhere else, they are on by default and you can opt out at any time, and we honor a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of advertising measurement. These secondary purposes are not required to respond to your inquiry — see "Cookies and other tracking technologies" below for how to change your choice.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to operate this site and respond to your inquiry and, as described below, for analytics and advertising measurement, with:
- The brokerage representing this property, to register and follow up on your inquiry, and that brokerage’s customer-relationship-management system (HubSpot).
- Our transactional email delivery provider, to send inquiry confirmations and notifications.
- Our hosting platform (Netlify), which stores your inquiry.
- Our error monitoring service, which receives the technical error reports described under "Error reports" below.
- Our internal team-messaging tool (Slack), which is notified that a new inquiry arrived — never your email, phone number, or notes.
- Assembly, the reporting portal where the brokerage’s monthly activity with us is shared.
- Google, for website analytics and advertising measurement — on by default where permitted, and only with your consent in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Quebec.
- Meta, for advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel and server-side events — the Pixel on by default where permitted, and only with your consent in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Quebec; server-side events only when your saved privacy choices have advertising measurement turned on.
- An advertising-management service provider, which receives the server-side event data described under "Meta advertising measurement (Pixel and Conversions API)" below, including your email address and phone number as you gave them to us, so that it can hash them and pass the event to Meta on our behalf — only when your saved privacy choices have advertising measurement turned on.
Contacting us through WhatsApp
If you reach us through the WhatsApp link on this site, that conversation takes place on Meta’s WhatsApp platform and is governed by Meta’s own privacy policy, not this notice.
Error reports
If something on this site stops working, an error monitoring service we use receives a technical error report so we can find and fix the problem. A report describes the error and the page, browser, and type of device involved. Reports are built to leave out the details you enter in the inquiry form, and before a report is sent we automatically filter out the form’s fields and anything that looks like an email address or phone number. Reports do not include your IP address, although the service may use it to estimate an approximate location, such as a city. Error reports are used only to keep this site working, never for analytics or advertising, so they do not depend on your cookie choices.
Cookies and other tracking technologies
We use two kinds of cookies. First-party attribution cookies — which record the campaign that first brought you to this site, your most recent visit, a randomly generated visitor identifier, your approximate location, and the page that referred you — are set regardless of your analytics choice, because they are what lets us credit your inquiry to the right source; they are disclosed here rather than gated behind consent.
Analytics and advertising cookies are different: if you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or Quebec, we do not set them until you accept; everywhere else, they are set by default until you decline or your browser or device sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which we honor as a request to opt out of advertising measurement. Once cookies are set, the attribution cookies described above last up to 400 days if you have accepted or you are outside those regions, and only for your browser session if you have not.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Your Privacy Choices" link in the site footer.
Google Ads conversion measurement
We use Google Ads conversion measurement to learn which of our ads lead to an inquiry. When you submit an inquiry, we may report to Google that it took place, so we can measure how well our ads performed. This is part of the advertising measurement described under "Secondary purposes — and how to opt out" above, and the same rules apply: your consent is required in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Quebec, and everywhere else it is on by default until you opt out.
With your consent where required, we may also send Google a hashed (SHA-256) version of the email address or phone number you give us in an inquiry, to measure how well our ads performed (known as Enhanced Conversions). Hashing is a one-way process that turns the value into a code, so Google receives the code rather than the email address or phone number itself. Google uses the code to match your inquiry to an interaction with one of our ads.
We do not use remarketing or audience lists, and we do not use this information to build them.
You can opt out at any time by using "Your Privacy Choices" in the site footer. We honor a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser or device as a request to opt out of advertising measurement. You can also manage how Google uses information for ads in Google’s ad settings: adssettings.google.com
Meta advertising measurement (Pixel and Conversions API)
We use two tools from Meta, the company behind Facebook and Instagram, to learn which of our ads on Meta’s platforms lead to an inquiry: the Meta Pixel, which runs in your browser, and the Meta Conversions API, which lets our servers send Meta "server-side events." This is part of the advertising measurement described under "Secondary purposes — and how to opt out" above.
The Meta Pixel is a script from Meta that runs on this site only when advertising measurement is on for your visit: with your consent in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Quebec, and everywhere else by default until you opt out. When it runs, Meta receives the information your browser shares with it, such as your IP address, your browser and device type, the address of the page you are on, and cookie identifiers set by Meta, which the Pixel may place in your browser. We set up two events for the Pixel: a page view, reported for each page you visit, and "Lead," sent when you submit an inquiry, together with a random identifier for that inquiry. The Pixel does not receive your name, email address, or phone number from us.
With the Conversions API, our servers may also send Meta a "Lead" event when you submit an inquiry we accept. We send these server-side events only if the privacy choices saved for your visit have advertising measurement turned on, which in the regions above means you have given your consent. Our servers send each event to Meta through an advertising-management service provider that acts on our behalf. Each event contains the event name and time; the address of the page you first landed on, including any campaign parameters and ad-click identifiers in the link you arrived on; a random identifier for your inquiry, the same one sent with the Pixel’s "Lead" event so that Meta can avoid counting it twice; the Meta ad-click identifier, together with the time of your first visit, if you arrived through a Meta ad; and the email address you give us in an inquiry and, if you share a phone number we can read, that phone number, which reach Meta only as hashed (SHA-256) codes. The service provider receives the email address and phone number as you gave them to us and hashes them before passing them to Meta. Hashing is a one-way process that turns the value into a code, so Meta receives the code rather than the email address or phone number itself. Meta uses the codes to match your inquiry to an account on its platforms and to an interaction with one of our ads. The inquiry identifier and the ad-click identifier are not hashed. We do not send your name, your notes, your IP address, or details about your browser with these events.
You can opt out at any time by using "Your Privacy Choices" in the site footer. If your browser or device sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of advertising measurement: the Meta Pixel does not run, and any server-side event we send for that visit is marked with Meta’s Limited Data Use setting, which asks Meta to restrict how it uses the event. You can also manage how Meta uses information for ads in your Meta ad settings: accountscenter.facebook.com/ad_preferences
How long we keep your information
We keep your inquiry record for as long as the listing for this property remains active, plus 24 months afterward, and then delete it.
Your privacy rights
Under Mexican law (the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares), you have the right to access, rectify, and cancel your personal data, and to object to how we use it (together, "derechos ARCO"), and to revoke any consent you have given us at any time. To exercise any of these rights, or to ask a question about this notice, email privacy@solcosolutions.com. We will respond within the timeframe the law requires.
California notice at collection
If you are a California resident, this section serves as our notice at collection. In the past 12 months we have collected the categories of personal information described under "Information we collect" above — identifiers (name, email, phone), commercial information (your inquiry), internet or network activity (the attribution information described above), and approximate geolocation — for the purposes described under "Primary purposes" and "Secondary purposes" above. We do not sell your personal information. Outside the regions listed under "Cookies and other tracking technologies", analytics and advertising-measurement cookies are on by default. You can opt out of their use for advertising at any time through "Your Privacy Choices" in the site footer, and we honor the Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out preference signal. You can exercise your California privacy rights, including the right to know, delete, or correct your personal information, by emailing privacy@solcosolutions.com.
Quebec residents
If you are located in Quebec, Canada, this notice serves as the privacy policy required under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. You can exercise your rights or ask a question by emailing privacy@solcosolutions.com.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and any material change to how we use your information will be reflected here the next time you visit.
